Request septic, well or site-work service
Tell us the property, the system and what is happening. We contact you and connect you with a Vermont service provider for your town.
Describe the issue below. A person checks the details before forwarding the request; the contractor’s scope and price come directly from them.
What to put in the request
Say what you can see, hear or smell, and when it started. Name the town and whether the property is a home, a camp, a farm or a business.
Add the age of the system if you know it, when the tank was last pumped, and whether a well is on the same lot. Those four facts let us match the request to the right trade on the first try.
Where the request goes
A request is read by a person, matched to a contractor or licensed designer for your town, and forwarded to them along with the details you typed. The how it works page has the steps in order.
When it is urgent
This form is not an emergency line. If sewage is backing up into the house, if a septic tank lid has collapsed, or if a well may have been flooded, call a service professional or your local health officer now, and send the form afterward for follow-up.
